  1. Of course MI6 has Scaramanga's contact number. Never know when you might need a non-governmental asset to carry out some sort of action that can be hidden/denied.

    The periodic "anti-Bond" villains seem to be the better ones as compared to the villain being split between the mastermind villain who doesn't really fight and a "fighting" henchman there to provide Bond the physical challenge. The latter often seem to be much more two dimensional and thus need a quirk or two. Oddjob one of the better ones. And soon you get the running gag of Jaws - who is arguably one of the more inept henchmen in the franchise beyond his apparent indestructability and script immunity.
